Remote access is often a key factor when choosing a security camera. The ability to monitor a location remotely is a huge benefit for most and is often the main reason for selecting an IP camera. Our systems help protect against theft, fire, smoke, high water in the bilge, low voltage, loss of shore power and intrusion with contact sensors, motion detectors, infrared beam sensors, deck sensors, dock pull away sensors and many more.
Features: Pan/tilt can be remotely controlled from any computer with an internet connection or from a web enabled mobile phone. It can also be powered over Ethernet (PoE) when it is connected to AC power. Cameras also have an automatic 0.2 Lux color night mode and is “splash proof” for use in areas where it will not be directly exposed to the elements. Recommendations for use of cameras include the fly bridge enclosed in isinglass most of the time, at the helm of an express style vessel or anywhere else where it may occasionally get splashed, but it is not constantly exposed to the harsh marine environment. They are also perfect for any interior installations where the ability to pan/tilt the camera is important.
